Panhandle Equine Rescue is seeking volunteers for our Benefit Ride that is being held on Saturday, March 19th at the Coldwater Recreation Park Horse Stables in Milton, FL. For this ride to be a success, we must have plenty of people who are willing to help. There are several positions that need to be filled, such as working the pavilion, which includes the yard sale table, sales table, etc. Also, setting up, tearing down, kitchen crew, after dinner clean up, judges at the obstacles, fill ins, etc.
This is our biggest fundraiser and it is only two months away, so please let me know asap if you are available to help. Most positions require volunteers to be at the park by 7:00 AM. This is an all-day event, so be prepared to stay if necessary. If you haven’t been to the horse stables, directions will be provided.
All volunteers are asked to wear a PER logo shirt OR a name tag. They must also sign a waiver that will be provided by the Volunteer Coordinator, Diane Lowery or the Pavilion Team Leader, Georgia Brazzell.
Please review the following positions and let me know how you would like to assist.
