Ride for Rescue
Our 2010 Ride For Rescue was a success! The weather was perfect and we had a great attendance! The drawing for the Samsung HD Flat Screen TV was held after the ride.
Congratulations to the winner, Tanya Cronin from Molino, Florida! There are so many to thank for making this ride possible:
- Santa Rosa Horse Assistance Council for providing a delicious breakfast and helping out with the ride.
- Lindley Barden, who cooked a fabulous meal, as well as Mimi McClelland who baked her famous cookies! Also, thanks to all who helped in the kitchen.
- We appreciate the judges who did an awesome job in scoring the riders on each obstacle.
- Thank you Sons of The Pines for providing us with incredible entertainment!
- To all of the volunteers who worked the sales tables, set up the obstacles and cleaned up afterwards, you did a wonderful job and were a great help!
- And special thanks to our talented coordinator, Michelle Phillips, who once again put together a ride to remember! I think everyone enjoys her surprises on the trail! She keeps things interesting to say the least. She worked hard this year and many thanks go out to her.
